Investment/development Site in Banya, Bansko Bulgaria Superb Development / Investment Site Asking Price: 1,000,000 € - 3,000,000 € We have spent 18 months pulling together a superb block of land, checking titles and regulating ( planning permission) it. With EU accession and a stable economy and goverment, prices are on the rise steadily now and with around 2 years to go before monetary union ( use of the Euro), interest rates will tumble, the mortgage rate will follow suit and locals will have access to this enlarged market, with banks clammering for the business of new middle class investors. Now make a prediction on property prices and hence land prices!
