This serene Konavle wine region villa is located on a hill overlooking the beautiful Konavle wine country. The villa was constructed over original 400 year old vaults. The villa is only two years old and is of modern design and construction. However, even though the design is modern, the owner has kept much of the "Old World" charm. The villa has three floors. The bottom floor is constructed out of the original old vaults and houses a well stocked wine cellar as well as a spacious game room. The game room has a large pool table that converts quite easily to a ping pong table. The second floor is the main living area and has a large kitchen and living room that is open and inviting. The large dining room is also located here and sits ten people quite comfortably. The master bedrom and bath are also located on this floor. The master bedroom has a large kingsize bed and a glass door leading onto the outside balcony. The master bath is constructed entirely from fine Italian tile and comes with a large jacuzzi tub. There is also a guest room and another large bath with a shower on this floor. This bedroom also has a pillow top mattress. The third floor is a place to relax, read, work on the computer or even watch t.v. There are three more guest rooms on this floor. All three of the guest rooms are furnished with queen size beds with pillow top mattresses. There is another large bathroom and shower on this floor and another small half bath.

The outside of the villa is just as inviting as the inside. There is a large balcony on the front where guests may sit and watch the sunset or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The back has a private patio area with a large wood burning bar b que. The pool area is gated and is decorated all around with tile. The actual pool is large and also constructed from fine Italian tile. The outside area is quiet and serene and a wonderful place to enjoy nature. There is a natural spring that runs all year right beside the villa. In fact, the main entrance has a fountain and natural spring that also runs and is quite calming. All in all, this villa is a place to come to escape the hustle and bustle of the busy over stressed and over worked world.

The villa is locted about thirty minutes from Dubrovnik and about ten minutes from the Dubrovnik Airport. Also, there is a beach in Molinut that is about ten minutes away. The region has horse back riding and hiking. There are also old villages in the area to vist along with the quaint town of Cavtat. There is a local restaurant that will provide catering for those who do not want to cook.
