Condo For Rent in Cancun, Q-Roo Mexico Beach Front Cancun Condo Rent It For: $59 - $109 USD per day This affordable condo has an ocean view, 2 double beds, air conditioning, satellite/cable TV, phone, bathroom, shower, kitchenette and balcony. It is set up with amenities for cooking, including a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, dishes and silverware, stove top burners, electric frying pan, and microwave oven. This creates great savings on restaurants and makes it convenient to hang out at the beach and pool.
For families or parties of more than 4 there is an adjoining (and private) unit upstairs that also has two double beds. It is a larger unit that includes a bathroom, shower, bathtub, closet, satellite/cable TV, and ocean view. There is a refrigerator, but no cooking facilities are available upstairs.

There is a $35 per week cleaning charge per unit.
Facilities
The complex has a large swimming pool and a separate pool for children. Both overlook the ocean. Lounge chairs and awnings are available at the pool. Coffee-snack and a deli-store with beverage and all type of basic supplies are available on site.
Cabanas are on the beach offering shade for those wishing stay out of the sun while enjoying the beautiful blue water. This is a family owned complex without a lot of confusion or noise. It is a great place to relax with the family enjoying the sun, sand, and connectedness of a happy family.
Location
The condo is located on the world’s most beautiful beach near the south end of the Hotel Zone, about 3/4 of a mile north of Club Med. It is only 15 minutes away from the airport. It is 3 minutes away from Wet & Wild and 8 minutes away from most important shopping centers: La Isla, Kukulcan Plaza, Flamingos Plaza, Plaza Forum and Caracol Plaza right in the heart of Cancun and Convention Center.
Cancun Hotel Zone is 25 km long and it has beautiful white sand beaches. It is situated 87 miles away from Chichen-Itza, 70 miles 70 miles from Tulum, 40 miles from Cozumel and 6 miles from Isla Mujeres. Cancún has some of the finest restaurants and night clubs in the world.
Dancing, golfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, shopping, and incredible sight seeing tours are available close by.
Transportation
Take a shuttle taxi from the airport $9 USD per person or $32 USD for a taxi cab and ask for Cancun Plaza in the Hotel Zone. It is a 15 minute ride from the airport.
