Investment Terms

• $50,000 deposit due at time commitment.

• Balance due upon completion of construction and closing of investment.

• Low annual owner expenses are split evenly among the owners and billed to each Owners Account on a monthly basis. The expenses include: Property Taxes; Insurance; Utilities; Property maintenance and improvements; Hiring and Managing the On-Site Staff; Maintenance of the SUV.
