Each owner has exclusive access to the property for 5 weeks out of the year. They have the ability to generate rental income during all or part of that time. Currently, similar properties are generating between $5000 and $7000 per week in rental income.

The Management of the Property is self-directed. There are no outside entities controlling the management of this property. All investment and management decisions are made by majority vote of the owners of the property.


Investment Terms

  • A minimal one time investment: $150,000.
  • $50,000 deposit due at time commitment.
  • Balance due upon completion of construction and closing of investment.
  • Low annual owner expenses are split evenly among the owners and billed to each Owners Account on a monthly basis. The expenses include: Property Taxes; Insurance; Utilities; Property maintenance and improvements; Hiring and Managing the On-Site Staff; Maintenance of the SUV. These expenses will be offset by rental income acquired throughout the year.
