Plantation employs 15 permanent workers and yields between 1500 kg and 2000 kg of green tea a month. Harvest is sold to the neighboring tea factory at the rate of Rs.30 per kg.(rate fluctuates) It generates enough money to pay the employees and other maintenance of the estate. Applying more fertilizer and planting more tea will generate profit.
