The house has been reconstructed according to law in 1981. The load-bearing walls have been constructed with bricks and faced by the old natural stones which leads to a pleasant climate during the warm months.

The 2.500 qm terrain is chracterized by natural stone terraces with olive trees, citrus fruits and other fruit trees. The natural garden presents several patios on three sides of the house. Two corrugated-iron huts contain firewood and garden tools. A short and paved drive is leading to the villa.

The supply of hot water takes place by an efficient boiler newly installed in 2004. The boiler also regulates the central heating system which is served with gas by a new inground gas tank. Water and electric equipment is working reliably.

The building has been refurbished the last two years and is now in perfect state of maintenance.
