Les Masses is a small mountain village, five minutes drive from Heremence. This location, full of Swiss mountain charm, is in a prime location in the Kanton of Valais bordering on France and Italy with outstanding views of the Alps (including Matterhorn) and into the Rhone Valley. The region benefits from amongst the highest number of annual sunshine hours in the whole of Europe.

The 4 Valleys ski region has over 400km of pistes of all categories and is ideal for skiers of all abilities. Summer skiing is available on the Mont Fort glacier and night skiing on the nearby slopes at Les Collons.

The world famous city of Montreux on Lake Geneva is less than one hour drive from Les Masses.

The nearest airports are Geneva (international) and Sion (principally regional but with some international connections). Access to the property itself is good and even in the worst winter conditions roads are well ploughed and kept passable.
