The best time to me is in the evening about 8:00 setting on the porch of the front casa or in the Jacuzzi with a favorite drink or a bottle of Presidente, the worlds best beer, wrapped with a napkin because its so cold, in your hand. The moon is in view through the palm trees and the sky is filled with stars that you have never seen before. Even better with a Dominican Senorita by your side.
