The rental rates are indicated on my website and are accurate.
The apartments are 1 and 1/2 block from the beach as you see on the map, 1 block from Subway station General Osório), has 24 hour doorman service and are totally safe. Garage space inside the building is available.
The apartments are tastefully furnished (posturepedic quality beds) in clean and inviting condition, have high speed Internet, cable TV, CD/DVD player, stereo system, quality linen, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Shopping is just around the corner.
I also have a designated taxi driver, (other drivers can take you for a ride you don't even know where) who can wait patiently at the airport to take you to the apartment to make the check-in smooth and safe. (the ride is 35 minutes cost you 70 Reais about $35 USD)
For cleaning the apartment you can make arrangement with Mrs. Rose (the caretaker, a respectable lady speaks English and can be very helpful in any situation) to send you a cleaning lady as you wish at your expense.
