Villa Paramelle is situated on the Turquoise Coast of Turkey and boasts fantastic panoramic sea and mountain views from all levels. The villa looks out over both Kalkan & Kalamar bays. The Villa is tastefully furnished throughout with contemporary fitted kitchen & bathrooms. Villas this size can often sleep 6 by way of a sofa-bed in the living area but we want to provide the best possible comfort for our guests, so the villa is limited to 4 people.

Paramelle is situated on the hillside just off Kalamar Road in Kalkan, within a 15-minute stroll to the village centre or a 5-minute stroll to some quiet bars & restaurants.

The villa is set in lovely landscaped gardens and you can enjoy the tropical palms along with the hibiscus and bougainvillea. There is also a large roof terrace on the second floor for those in need of a little extra outside space. The private infinity pool (5m x 4m) provides the perfect place to cool off. Enjoy the south facing pool terrace and the uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean as you lounge in the sun. The terrace is perfect for your alfresco dining and barbecues. Outside furniture includes a teak dining table with 6 chairs, four sun loungers with cushions, small drinks table & barbecue.

The villa itself offers 155sqm of living space equally divided over three floors. The floors are tiled throughout with marble staircases. The main living area on the ground floor is a lovely and spacious open plan design with lounge, dining area and kitchen. The sitting area includes an open fireplace and handmade wrought iron furniture with lovely big soft cushions to ensure your comfort. The dining suite is wrought iron with a glass top table. The Italian kitchen has a beautiful high gloss façade with traditional Turkish handmade wall tiles. The small appliances are chrome and the sink is stainless steel, clean and contemporary. The kitchen also includes stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, fitted dishwasher and separate fridge freezer. Additionally, a washing machine is situated on the third floor/roof terrace level. There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. French windows lead out onto the lovely terrace and pool area.

Upstairs on the first floor, the two lovely bedrooms have fantastic sea views and are ensuite with shower, washbasin and toilet. The bathrooms have good quality contemporary fittings. The master bedroom has panoramic sea views through 180° and doors leading onto the balcony. It has a queen size (1.8m) handmade wrought iron bed. The second bedroom is a twin room (2 x 90cm wrought iron beds) with doors leading onto a balcony. Each room has a solid wood wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. The master bedroom has a matching dressing table and bedside cabinets. From this floor, stairs lead up to the second floor and roof terrace.
