This casita is full of features you will love, foremost being the great room with large glass doors opening onto a wide teak deck. The casita's heart is the spacious island kitchen, large enough to seat 4 friends around it's hardwood countertop. The kitchen is modern with double, stainless steel sink, glass-top gas stove, built-in microwave, pull-out pantry and full-size refrigerator.

The bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in closet with private safe deposit box. The walk-in shower is easy to use and the large bathroom is bright and airy.

All rooms look out into fragrant pine woods, gardens or mountain views and the long balcony is perfect for dining year around. Or, you may wish to cook and serve in the new gazebo at the foot of the lovely gardens. "Tookie", our neighborhood toucan, may visit the gardens in early morning. You'll see lots of tropical birds among with green, lush foliage, 38 species have been cataloged in the garden. You may want to stroll through the woodsy maze, looking for a private place to sit and read, or find the overlook from which to view all 4 turrets of the nearby castle.

No air conditioning or heating is required in this mountain paradise. Everything is here for you, just bring your suitcase. The casita contains all furniture, TV, pots and pans, dishes and kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, linens, hair dryer, pillows, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The monthly rental of $800 for stays of 3 months or more includes utilities and weekly housekeeping service. Longer or shorter stays are available, one month only is $1,000.00.
