The upper house is a totally unique studio house. On the top floor is a large open studio room with incredible views of the lake. The large metal windows open fully to maximise the view. Below is a a very comfortable living room and bathroom, a bedroom and attached small studio room, on the bottom is a large kitchen dining space. The whole design steps up the hillside with much rock work pathways and patio's . This lot has a seperate bathroom with a bedroom above.
