As an architect I was able to use their good building skills to create this beautiful retreat house within a small village of other artists, with there own small water co-op and shared satelite internet. The house just below has a sculptor and the house above is my other house, (the owner architect/ painter.) This may also become available later. We have a major retreat centre, Villa Sumaya, with yoga and meditations at the bottom of the path and many good restaurants are springing up along the lake.
The house has a large upper studio/bedroom that runs the entire upper floor along with a balcony with views of the volcanoes and lake from almost every window. Below is a fully modern applianced kitchen with filtered drinking water and 2 extra bedrooms, one has bunk beds and the other has a loft bed and below its an internet, film and computer room plus a full bathroom. There are many fine details including stained glass windows with balancing feng shui designs and exceptional woodworking using mahoganey, cona casta and cypress for the windows, doors, cabinets and furniture which is all included. It has a lockup pantry with safe and a large aired clothes cabinet. We are currently adding solar hot water and considering some solar electric. The garden and yard is now fully landscaped. The lake is 300 metres away and is swimmable all year round.
