This farm, is a great medium term or longer term investment. The reasons ? 1) Panama is the most stable investment environment in Latin America, and the real estate boom is still in its early stages. Prices are a fraction of Costa Rica's prices - and the entire country its infrastructure and economy are more stable. 2) This farm is strategically located NEAR Panama's second largest City, David - 20 minutes by car or bus.
