The building was built approximately in year 1930 and was the seat of post office in the past. Currently the property has no residents and is partly bricked up against possible devastation. The city is located about 40 km (in south – west direction) from Zielona Gora and about 30 km from Polish – German border.

It is old solid construction made of red brick. As most of old buildings in Poland, the property was plastered in the past. However the plastering was removed and the brick is exposed. The roof is in a good condition.



The building can be used as a private residence or e.g. as a seat of some company. Siginificant size of the building allows its ”free” adaptation. Behind the building there is a small park, because the plot is partly wooded (mainly conifer trees).
