We truly think there's something "magical" about the island - something therapeutic even - because we always leave the island totally and completely rejuvenated, and ready to tackle the "real world" again.
Not to mention the fact that property values are skyrocketing in Panama. Our villa has increased in value by 50% in the past three years or so. And guess who we just heard is building some gorgeous villas right next to ours? I won't mention any names, but he has a popular TV show called "The Apprentice". Can you say "good comps" for our property?
Also, all the beachfront property is gone on Contadora for the most part. Sure, you get a multi-million dollar villa for sale here and there, but nothing like we're offering.
By the way, Contadora is located in the Pearl Islands - in the Gulf of Panama and on the Pacific Ocean side. They've never had hurricanes or earthquakes on the island. So there's nothing to worry about in that area.
