Built in 2007, Jade Coast features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in the main house (2700 SF) and a detached Studio Apartment (350 SF) with full bath, private pool, two car garage, covered terraces and ocean view from the 2nd floor!

The property has an outdoor shower and bathroom, tropical garden, and 24 hour security. Kitchen features wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and movable island for your convenience. Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and all utensils and cooking supplies.

Jade Coast sleeps up to 10 people. There are 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. There is free WiFI and cable television. You will also find 3 plasma screens, surround sound, including a 50" plasma screen in the family room. Inside utility room with washer/dryer for your convenience.
