Notes and other details regarding Mountain View Farms:
1) Lots 1a, 1b, 2a, or 2b can be reserved with a 10% deposit to the Seller, Mountain View Properties. When the chosen lot is ready for transfer (in summer of 2010), an additional 20% deposit will be required to be paid, with transfer of the parcel and a new Panama Corporation (SA; we pay for your new corporation) to the buyer within approximately 45 days. We prepare all necessary documentation; pay closing costs, except for the cost for BUYERS attorney, if buyer has an attorney review the documents that we provide. ?
2) Water and electrical service is installed the border of each lot.
3) Entrance for a driveway shall be installed to each lot in the summer of 2010
4) The project’s internal road & the last 400 meters of PUBLIC ROAD are both being resurfaced in 2010. We resurfaced most of the public road, rebuilt all of that road’s stream crossings in 2009 & early 2010
5) The Green Area, or Public Use Area for the project, is the first lot on the right entering the project. Landscaping is to be done on this area in 2010 when our internal road is resurfaced.

How to Get to us:
- The turn off to our property is located on the RIGHT, EXACTLY 23 kilometers from the Pan America Highway in David. Set your odometer to ZERO when you enter the road to Boquete at the Ricardo Perez Totota Dealership.
- After 22 kilometers You'll see the Emerald Drive housing development out in open fields on your left - our entrance road is across from Emerald Drive - exactly 23 kilometers up the highway from Ricardo Perez Toyota,,,Go RIGHT onto the gravel road which we are improving now (it will COMPLETELY be done by the summer of 2010). Our land is located off of this gravel road, and 1.2 kilometers from the highway ON THE RIGHT. You'll see a 24 acre parcel surrounded by new stone walls, with the lots being cleared of rocks. and electrical service running into the land - thats us.
You will know our entrance road because it is next to a very small concrete bus stop which is located about 50 meters BEFORE a small Hotel (on the right side also) with a a Red sign "Bosque". There is also a small metal sign advertising Mountain View Farms, only 25 - 30 feet beyond the road that leads to our project.
From Boquete: Turn LEFT onto the small gravel public road exactly 2.4 kilometers SOUTH of the road to Caldera (coming from Boquete village). Proceed 1.2 kilometers: our project is on the right.
It is much better to come to visit with one of our small team. We're not the type of people who pressure clients. At the same time, our gate is often locked, and in order foy you to know where lot lines are, what lots are available, and what we are doing in the project in general, you will be better served by calling ahead and making an appointment, so that you can learn see the lot plans, and ask us questions.
