There are DIRECT FLIGHTS planned from David Panama to the USA in the coming years (we are being told this, and we see airport expansion continuing in David - the specific date's still unknown).
  • Our small development company, Panama Farms has always sold its properties at below market prices. We sell DIRECT to out clients and we do not overcharge for our land. We do not remove top soil, or cut trees when we develop, unless we absolutely must.
  • We've installed beautiful stone walls that surround the project, we have beautiful mountain views and our new water system will offer reliable city water, When you visit, you'll see that Mountain View Farms is a special place. We are preparing to resurface the 1.2 kilometers of pubic road that comes from the highway into the countryside, to Mountain View Farms starting in October '09, and this will make your home site(s) more valuable as well.
  • When one calculates the cost of building, the available homes at "turn key projects" on the market (where you buy a completed home on a lot), it turns out that lots and homes offered by other developers are priced at a multiple of our "per square meter" land pricing; a multiple of our per acre price. All of Boquete's land prices are much higher than ours, and most properties on the market do not offer what Mountain View Farms has to offer: Our land is miles CLOSER to David and all of its conveniences, than Boquete's Village is, so getting to superior grocery stores, the two cinema complexes in David, real American-style hardware stores, etc. is much easier.
