We talked with the original owner who told us his architect designed the home to support a third floor, should a new owner desire to add one. This means more bedrooms and a very nice rooftop terrace and palapa could easily be added with great views of all the wildlife in the mangroves and of the nearby beach.
The large lot is nicely landscaped with approximately 540 square meters (5813 sq feet) and dimensions of 15 meters wide by 36 meters deep (50 feet X 118 feet). Villa Juna itself is set at a slight angle to the property lines for an interesting effect.
