The property has a very unique character that is extremely comfortable and relaxing,it has a home on each side, and it borders an area of mangroves in the rear of the property that is full of wildlife. Both bedrooms are a spacious size with its own bathroom and balcony patio area, and are cooled by separate A/C units. The home is nicely furnished and well kept with spacious kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Most of the furnishings and accessories are included in the price (an inventory is available).

Villa Juna is two levels with a well thought out design. The master bedroom is in the back section of the home away from the street, with its own large bathroom. The other bedroom is in the front section of the home, also with its own bathroom. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are down a curved staircase. There are walkways on both sides of the house and gated parking. We talked with the original owner who told us his architect designed the home to support a third floor, should a new owner desire to add one. This means more bedrooms and a very nice rooftop terrace and palapa could easily be added with great views of all the wildlife in the mangroves and of the nearby beach.

The large lot is nicely landscaped with approximately 540 square meters (5813 sq feet) and dimensions of 15 meters wide by 36 meters deep (50 feet X 118 feet). Villa Juna itself is set at a slight angle to the property lines for an interesting effect. This home has approximately 349 square meters (3757 sq feet) of construction counting both floors and including the and patio areas. A 2 meter high (approx. 6 foot) privacy fence protects this property in the front and rear where there are no bordering homes, and it includes a walk-in gate as well as gated parking in the front facing the street.
