House with vineyard is located cca. 40 km from city Maribor and 15 km away from city Ptuj-Poetovio-Pettau and around 100 km from Graz (Austria).

Name of village where house and vineyard are located is Zamusani. Bigness of parcel is cca 1000 square meters, location is very calmly, with nice view to lowland. There are 320 vines in vineyard.

House has 3 floors (vine cellar, middle part with balcony, mansard with balcony), each cca. 5 meters long and 4,5 meters broad. Vine cellar has all equipment for vineyard and cellaring. In middle part is table with chairs, bench, sofa, commode and smaller kitchen. Mansard is equipped with 4 beds, smaller table, 2 chairs and smaller commode. Toilet is in cellar (extra entrance).

House has electricity and water supply. It is on the sunny side (south side) and it is located cca. 3 km away from street Ptuj-Ormoz. Access to house and vineyard is asphaltic. In front of (and near, around) house is green plot (grass).

There is no bathroom (just toilet and washbowl), but it’s possible to built it in celler. Also it’s possible to built an extension (bedroom, bathroom, bigger kitchen, another rooms,…).

House is regular entertained (last painting – outside walls and wood in april 2007).
