These elegant apartments are perfect for groups looking for several comfortable and independent apartments located in one building. This classical building was fully refurnished in 2003. The very central location of this building is an ideal base to start your Barcelona shopping or sightseeing tours. These comfortable apartments all have air conditioning, central heating, T.V, Hi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are included in the price and there is an Internet connection within the apartments.

This sunny apartment has 3 bed rooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and another one with one single bed. There’s one bathroom and a living room. A weekly cleaning is included. The minimum rental for this apartment is 5 days, a refundable breakage deposit of 150 € has to be paid upon arrival. For late check in or early check out (between 21.00 and 09.00 hrs) there’s an extra charge of 24€.

These apartments are situated in a quiet and safe area but at the same time only a few minutes walking from many major Barcelona sights and important central locations, like for example the impressive boulevard Paseo de Gracia with its many great shops, excellent restaurants and emblematic buildings from Barcelona’s modernist era. Gaudì’s masterpieces Casa Battlò and Casa Milà (la Pedrera) are located in this famous street. Plaza Catalunya is less than ten minutes walking from the apartments and on the other side of this central square you walk right into the Ramblas and Barcelona’s charming Gothic quarter.

The Passeig de Gracia station is just five minutes walking from the apartment and offers excellent communications as well within as outside Barcelona by metro and train.
