A limited Company. is actively involved into Hotels / Tourism in India, presently owning and/or operating following properties is interested to SELL IT AS A PACKAGE

(i) Palace In Rajasthan- It is a heritage hotel with 45 rooms which is operational since 1994. The property is spread over two acres (2 acres) of land leased from the owner of FORT.

(ii) Palace In, Rajasthan- This is a hotel with 40 rooms, 8 suites, International Cuisine Restaurants, Bar, Gym, Banquet Hall, Shopping Arcade, Swimming Pool e hotel is spraed over about 10 acres of land . The hotel is operational since November, 2005. The entire land is freehold and owned by A Limited Company.

(iii) Fort, In Rajasthan- The above hotel is operational with 40 rooms, Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Swimming Pool etc. which is spread over 8 acres of land which is leased by the State Govt. It has also constructed another 40 rooms where 80% civil structure is complete. The entire land is leased by Govt. of Rajasthan vide lease dated 12-5-1993 for a period of 20 years. The lease is further renewable at the option of Limited Company.

(iv) Land at Jaipur, Rajasthan- 7 acres of freehold land at Village Amer, Jaipur for constructing a hotel. It has submitted the plans for approval to concerned authority which is still awaited. The land is situated at main Delhi-Jaipur highway and is about 1 km from Amer Fort.

(v) Land at Goa- 11.6 acres of land at Beach Front in South Goa which is lying between hotel Ramada and Usha Shriram Resorts. Suites Pending in Delhi High Court . Confident of settlement.

At Present The Offer is Rs. 55c for 51% Stake in Company.
