We had a five year plan.

After a long search, we found Estepona and our special villa in 2002. We spent a small fortune converting it into 4 lovely apartments, fully equipped and are renting out to mainly U.K. & U.S. residents.

We are coming up to our 5th trading year and are looking at passing the reins to a younger couple/family as we would like to retire.
