This is a great opportunity to purchase a 100% legal,well established, Turnkey Padi Scuba Diving Centre based in Cabarete/Sosua, Dominican Republic. Full inventory will be sent on request, as will a profit/loss spreadsheet for the accounts over the last 4 years. I have all paperwork(receipts and expenditures)and tax returns to prove incomes. I have all current licences to run the business professionally in accordance with Dominican laws.
Also included in the sale is an Aqualung/Sherwood/Genesis dealership.

I am also selling my fully titled, freehold,2 bed Condo in Cabarete and, if you are interested,that can be purchased with the Dive centre for a total of US $215,000.

2 hotel contracts guarantee customers and these are renewed with no problem. There is another large hotel that allows us sole access to canvass their customers and this has recently been sold,subject to final purchase,and it is thought that one will be changed to a vacation club one side and a fully operational hotel the other side.

The rented Dive base in Sosua has a long term contract and is a 3 story building with 2 useable bedrooms and a large studio with incredible views over Sosua Bay. Business comes with 5 staff who are prepared to stay.

Sosua is developing a Marine Park at the moment and the Dive Centres are actively putting in Reef balls and growing corals in nurseries. There will also be a recompression chamber right on the beach.

Construction in Cabarete and the surrounding areas is booming and the North coast is attracting both Tourists and long term investment.
