My name is Konstantinos Kottikas and I am a constructor with studies in civil engineering. The houses have a central air conditioning unit (for cold and heat), so that each room in the house can have independent temperature. This system is based on latest air conditioning technology, which provides energy saving.
The whole construction is ecological as no materials used are toxic. There has been given specific attention at the lighting of the gardens, the swimming pools and the inside and the outside of the l the houses have an excellent view to the sea and the island of Scorpios (the private island of Onasis).
Finally, each house provides a high level of privacy, with each house having no contact with the other two.
