The classification of water based on the report of the Water Research and Water Chemistry Ltd.:
It is thermal water with a medium level of mineral substances, very soft, filled with sodium-hydrogen-carbonate.
According to the decree No. 74/1999 (XII.25.) of the Ministry of Health on the natural therapeutic conditions, the water can be qualified as mineral water in terms of the external consumption. Please find attached the examination data.
The water is qualified as medicinal water.
The town is awarded with the title ‘Town of Medicinal Water’ in 2007.

Facilities at the location:

Open-air sport pool and fun pool with water circulation system, strained water surface (a competition pool of 25m with 6 lines with water surface of 400,00m2, a fun pool with water surface of 467,00m2)

Indoor swimming-pool with a competition pool of 25,00 m and a study pool and the necessary changing and service rooms

  • A surgery with nine places of treatment (with a unit containing two hydrotherapic baths, three electrotherapy beds, three massage beds and limb bath).
The three pools at the Thermal Bath are filled with water of different temperatures (42, 38, 34 Co) and there is a passage towards the medicinal department, the indoor swimming-pool and the open-air pools.

Adequate number of parking places for cars was established in front of the Thermal Bath.
The Thermal Bath is visited by 1500 persons daily on the average. The Thermal Bath and the Recreation Centre had concluded a contract with Hungarian National Health Insurance.


Construction of Wellness Hotel:

The privately owned area is almost 500m far from the Thermal Bath. Planning and obtaining the building licence of the luxury Wellness Hotel with 100 rooms has already taken place, so the area has a legally binding building licence. Preparing plans of constructions are in process. Preparing tenders for non-reimbursable state subsidy are in process.
Usage of thermal water for 50 years was purchased by the owners of the real estate from the Local Government which is abundantly enough for the operation of the Thermal Hotel, moreover, water of 64o C can be used for other purposes in the operation of the hotel as well by setting up an energy-saving system to make the operation of the hotel a lot more economical.
Construction of the turnkey hotel is planned to cost approx. 18000000 Euro+ VAT and a non-reimbursable state subsidy of 6000000 Euro can be obtained. This price includes the price of the real estate.

The total value of the real estate, the licensed plan documentation, the building licence and the thermal water purchased for 50 years and the selling price is 2400000 Euro+ VAT
