this entire area is secluded with little or no road access. NEW ROAD COMING SOON. i have added an english version of an article in the paper explaining the new road being built. i included a picture of what existing roads look like and a picture of what the new road looks like.
when we started this project 4 years ago the road to the coast was impassable 9 months of the year. we had hoped by now the road from santiago to the coast would be completed but it is still 4 wheel drive only and impassable when it rains due to a river crossing. this new road will follow the entire carribean coast line and will include electricity.

the game plan has changed as a smaller property closer to town may title first and even tho a smaller property the white sand beaches are the same and lot sizes will remain 1,200m2 min.
we are considering selling some properties "ROP " if you are looking to buy a lot to build on some day as i am "ROP" is not a bad way to go. most people want titled property as it is easier to " FLIP " properties if they are titled but ROP is just that "rights of possesion." most of the property owned by panamanians are ROP and they do not pay property tax. the government has an aggressive titling program on going to change that, owners of ROP will get title at a very low cost with this program. if you are interested in property of this nature i am trying to answer each inquiry personally and answer all questions. we might someday be neighbors as once the road is open for my pickup i will start building my home there ..
