The Villa is an idyllic getaway for a few nights stop over or group's families,and friend's looking to rent a villa long term in the tranquil rural Thai village 1km from khao kalok beach.(see Khao Kalok on web )
The surrounding mountains together with the coconut palms create a beautiful backdrop to the pool and tropical gardens.

The villa offers a luxury life stile in a well equipped modern complex with a Thai holiday ambiance it sleeps a total 16 how ever we have three top of the range camper beds just in case.

In the villa there are three doubles rooms and one twin single and the four cottages are comprising of two doubles + two twin bedrooms.

All bedrooms have an en-suite together with bedrooms being spacious with a built in wardrobe,air conditioning, ceiling Fan tea/Coffee making facilities and bar fridge.
All the rooms overlook the central pool and gardens.
The villa rooms are adjacent to the communal lounge with UBC TV,DVD,STEREO,TEL,INTERNET and Board Games.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher

There are two dining areas, one inside the villa and other along side the cocktail bar with a stainless steel gas BBQ and seating for 26 people also in the same area theres' a stage with Karaoke DVD player a lounge were you can relax with a cold beer.

Laundry is well equipped for all your needs, but if you prefer, a laundry service is available at your request.
Maids clean and change bed linen twice a week together with looking after pool and garden.

Set in the middle of the complex is an impressive 85000ltr pool with stools,outdoor shower and toilet, gazebo,massage area and spa for shade and relaxing with an ice cold cocktail.
Sun lounges are set around the pool for those wishing to soak up the sun.
The villa is 10 mins from Pak Nam Pran and 25 mins from Hua Hin by car or taxi
For you who like golf the Millford golf club is the nearest which is also at Pak Nam Pran and the green fees are 11 us dollars per person.

All prices are plus electric at cost 4.5 Baht per kw unit.
We have a 6 person buggy to get you to the beach cost 500 bht per day

Mountain Beach have on offer the only C Cats Tours in Thailand Tour one the Pak Nam River and mangroves including lunch.

Tour two Dolphin bay and monkey island including lunch with option to Phraya Nakhon Khiri cave
Tour Three Khao Kalok going past Khao Takiab Temple (referred to as monkey mountain ) to Hua Hin and back to Khao Takiab beach for lunch and drinks. Lunch included More info look up Khao Takiab.

We (6 adults and 5 childeren) had our family reunion n at the Mountain Beach retreat. It was absolutely perfect! Nothing is too much for the owners and hosts Ian and Teresa. They thought of everything to make us feel at home. Like a warm welcome, extra pool toys for the kids and groceries for the first days and many other things that made us really enjoy our holiday. They know al lot of people in the area and you name it and Ian can organise it. The house is luxurious and spacious and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Large bedrooms (with very good beds for the tall guys), a cosy gazebo, a very well equipped kitchen in and outside. The bar area with the terrace is fantastic for reading, playing area, relaxing, eating, watching TV and so much more. The pool was the most favourite place of the kids. And every part of the house is spotless clean and the housekeeping and cleaning service is great! The house is in a real Thai village, with friendly people and away from the crowds. But not too far from the beach and the local bars and restaurants where you can eat very good Thai food or get a nice Thai massage. And so cheap. So in every way, staying in the villa is a retreat, a celebration and we thank Ian and Teresa for the wonderful time we had. We are coming back. That’s for sure!

Just had a family reunion at this place. Twas awesome.I'd recommend it for a family group anyday.rsonal pool, bar, and great cheap food nearby; What else so you need. My fourth trip to Thailand and it was the best place I've been in terms of a balance between tourism and culture. The area is wonderful, and right next to a national park for motorbiking. Ian and Teresa who own the place are sound and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
