Budzistowo Palace

Location
The mansion is situated in Zachodniopomorskie Province in the village of Budzistowo near the city of Kolobrzeg (on the coast of the Baltic Sea). The distance to Kolobrzg is about 8 minutes drive.

The building
The picturesque neighbourhood of the Baltic Sea and the river Parseta makes the mansion particularly attractive. Its origin dates XVII-XVIII century. The mansion was built on the ruin of the monastery. Contemporary shape of the palace comes from the 70-ties of the XIX century.
The general restoration had been completed in the year 2000.

The mansion has 6 double rooms, 5 apartaments (2-3 pers.), 1 spacious apartament (3-4 pers.) in the attic. All rooms have bathrooms, TV sets, bars, phones.
The pleasent restaurant for 25 persons serves Polish and European couisine.

In the close vincinity of the palace there is a stud and residential area.

The plot consists of 2 lots of total area of 1,28 hectares. The building consist of the palace and the garner with a fireplace (converted into reception hall - renovated in 2002/03). The garner is used as a place for conferences or wedding parties up to 100 people.

There is also a parking lot for about 20 cars.

Intended use
This might be a convenient place for a seat of a company or a special events like balls with sledging cavalcade in winter or wedding parties, conferences. The object belongs to the prestigious Lions Club International group and is excluded from the monument register.
There also exists a possibility of taking over the property with schedule of contracted trips for the year 2008 with the very well trained mention service and going cooperation with the German travel agencies which presently provides customers.
