Tiliva Resort has the advantage of its own secluded beach from point to point on 18 acres of leasehold land. It has six deluxe bures (bungalows) and a main bure housing reception, dining room, bar, lounge area and an open porch/veranda. There is ample room for further development or sub-divide into plots for holiday homes. It is ten minutes from the famous Astrolabe Reef where diving is second to none. Game fishing and scuba diving are the main attractions.

The bures set back about 20 yds. from the beach, all have full ensuite facilities, 24 hour electricity and private verandas. They are block built with tiled floors and high wooden ceilings. The fully equipped dive shop is near the beach. A 28 ft. dive boat with 150hp engine and 30 hp kicker takes the guests diving on the Astrolabe Reef. There are a further two open fibre boats as run arounds.

We generate our own electricity using an inverter system with batteries to store the power.

Tropical fruits abound with lime trees, bananas,local pears, pineapples, guavas, mangoes, papayas and lots of coconuts.

The owners have reached retirement age.
