This project is being created to answer a growing demand for property in exceptional and secluded natural surroundings.

The concept is to create a residential estate -administered as a nature reserve- where no more than forty likeminded owners can combine privacy and tranquillity with the benefits of shared services and largely self-sustainable facilities.

A significant number of potential homeowners in this group would like to have the feeling that they have a place ‘way out in the country’, but are, in reality, not so far from the urban centres that provide employment, consumer services, cultural exchange and entertainment.
