I have had many meetings with Dreamworld and have got a great relationship with the head of sales, due to this she has let me have tomorrow to try and move these apartments on before anyone else is told, why me you ask like i said before i am only small and certain people there like the i conduct myself within this field, no pressure, no hard sale, Just the facts and give the client as much support as needed emotionally and financially . This may not be for everyone but for many it might be good move forward. As you well know the deposits are 12 % on exchange and 13% over 3 yrs in monthly instalments, the rest is paid by with the rental guarantee. People who go ahead will make upto 75,000 euros profit overnight.

Dreamworld have confirmed the long awaited final build license has now been issued by the Moroccan government, meaning our contracts will be issued shortly. Contracts will be issued in batches with the first batch expected to be sent next week.



The other piece of very good news is that all prices on Tanjah two bedroom apartments have now increased by a minimum of 30% and we have been advised by Dreamworld that the penthouse prices have now increased by 75,000Euro!
