Balkan Ski Chalets announce the release of off-plan investment properties in Bansko, Bulgaria's best ski resort. Prices start at Eur 40,500 (GBP 28,000).

53 apartments are to be built with completion in November 2004. A down-payment of 30 % is required to buy, with further 20% instalments when the foundations and the shells of the buildings are built, and the 30% balance to be paid at the completion of the development before the 2004/2005 ski season.

Bansko
Bansko lies at 925 m above sea level (3,000 ft) on the Glazne River in the Pirin Mountains, 160 km south of Sofia. It is a charming ski resort only recently discovered by foreigners. A cabin lift has been constructed connecting the town to the pistes, and six new pistes are being developed. Bansko offers a diversity of tourist attractions, snow sports and nightlife.

The Complex
The complex stands on an area of 4,000 square meters. The complex faces south-southwest and has a magnificent view up to the Pirin Mountains. The complex is built in a semi-oval shape that guarantees sunshine and clear mountain views to all apartments.
The complex offers a sauna, gym and bar. There will be resident caretakers.

The position of The Monastry is directly opposite The Tanne Hotel, about 400 meters from the Gondola Station. There are a swimming pool and spa at The Tanne which non-guests can use for a small fee.

The Service
The maintenance of the common property, such as garden together with the security of the premises, is taken care of by professional staff. According to your wish, the staff can make all necessary preparations for your arrival and be available throughout your stay.
