Cancun's fabulous! You'll have a great time! The gorgeous water is about 80 degrees- very warm! Great swimming! Cancun, Mexico is one of the Top Ten vacation destinations in the world. And for good reason! Cancun offers something for every visitor, along with a balanced combination of rest and entertainment, along with the gorgeous white sand beaches, with the turquoise, clear, warm water. You can swim, snorkel, scuba, jet ski, sail, and much more! The Mayan ruins are very interesting, along with Cozumel and Isla Mujeres islands. The weather is usually in the 80's! The water is around the same temperature, also! Our many condos are a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation in sunny Cancun.

There are a number of different, lovely condos in many different sizes, times, locations, and rates that we are managing from July on. We have studios to a 2 bedroom at Carisa Y Palma, Girasol, Salvia, or Blue Bay resorts, that have many openings at different times, and different prices. They sleep 3 to 6, depending on the condo. We have 2 large studios at Girasol, 1 studio at Carisa Y Palma, 1 studio at Yamalkan, 2 larger studios at Salvia, 1 small studio at Solymar, 1 larger studio at Solymar, 1 BR at Villas Marlin, and several different sizes at Blue Bay Club, from a studio to a 2 BR penthouse. The Villas Marlin complex has been completely renovated, and has 3 new pools, jacuzzis, palapas, snack shop, and lovely breeze way. It sleeps 5-6, and is about 900 sq. ft. The beach is gorgeous- white sand, and turquoise, clear, warm water! It is in the middle of the hotel zone, across from the largest mall in Cancun. It has a full kitchen, and a seaview. It's lovely!
These are basically not luxury condos, except for the penthouse or Salvia. They are nice, budget condos. The one bedroom at Blue Bay is more than the studio rates, check main website. Salvia is a little more than the other studios. We are getting some luxury, larger condos, so just ask if you are interested. COME AND ESCAPE TO THE TROPICS!
Salvia has also two of our condos. We have 2 studios, in a lovely resort in the hotel zone, next to the "hot spots" of Cancun. It is a little more expensive than some, but a very nice resort.

The Carisa Y Palma, Salvia and Girasol condos are both located in the premiere, "hot spot" of Cancun- in the central area, near the very trendy nightclub district of Cancun, in the hotel zone. They are walking distance to Cocobongos, Sr. Frogs, and many more clubs. They are in a great, central location, next to the flea markets, a mall, fine dining and fast food restaurants, a bank, mini market, internet, many stores, and much more. The beach is gorgeous at these two hotels, that are very close to each other. They have powdery, white sand, and clear, warm, turquoise water. Great for swimming or boogie boarding! The balconies and rooms have fantastic ocean views! They both have lovely pools. Check online for the different condo's pictures, availability, information, and reservations. Solymar is a lovely complex, in the hotel zone, on a gorgeous white sand beach, with many extras, in the hotel zone. It's great here! Everyone will appreciate how fun it is at our Cancun condos. There is so much to do here- lots of fun activities from seeing the Mayan ruins, shopping, hitting the night clubs, or all of the water sports available! A perfect romantic getaway! Couples will love our condos, and families or friends, too. They all have lovely oceanside pools, and gorgeous beaches. Other condos are available for rent at different complexes, times, sizes, and rates, with many different openings, just inquire.
Yamalkan is located on a gorgeous, white sand beach, with beautiful, turquoise water, in the hotel zone. It has a nice pool, and ocean views. It has many extras.
The Blue Bay Club is situated on a small, calm water private beach just out of the the Cancun Hotel Zone, in the Puerto Juarez area. This prime location makes Blue Bay ideal for exploring the attractions that draw visitors from around the world to Cancun. There is so much to do here! The shopping is great, or you can just relax, and soak in the sun! Blue Bay Club is a 4-Star beachfront hotel. The hotel rooms we manage all have a private ocean view terrace, air conditioning and all the amenities travelers desire. Guests of Blue Bay Club can choose between European Plan (hotel room only) and our All Inclusive Plan (drinks, activities and non-motorized water sports, and meals - an extra charge) for their stay in lovely Blue Bay.
