This condo is located on the third floor of a three story building, the unit has a great view from the balcony over looking the palm courtyard, pool and to the times you can see whales breeching offshore along with other sea life . The unit has new appliances,tile,cabinet faces,A/C units... there is a BBQ located on the balcony. There is a king bed ,and a sofa sleeper in the livingroom, there is a CD player,Vcr,Satellite TV... and everything you need to cook in and have a comfortable stay . There are many resturants in the area .
There is a surf break in front which can be good about six months out of the year . The town of San Jose del Cabo is about two miles to the east . The airport is about a ten minute drive, the town of Cabo San Lucas is about nineteen miles to the west . There is a full service grocery store one mile to the east. There many different activities in the area such as fishing, snorkeling, hiking,golfing...
There are several world class golf courses in the area .
If you reserve thirty days prior to arrival the seventh night is free ! If you have a vacation rental elsewhere and you might want to trade stays let me know !There is a four night minimum .
