These marvelous and spacious studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos are all part of a luxurious condo complex located BEACHFRONT on the white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba, shortly called: Oceania Residences resort. ALL OUR CONDOS HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW! We have numerous units available, at varying prices in three different seasons, starting from $170 per night for a studio condo in mid-season, to $1300 per night for the Ultimate Penthouse Three-bedroom condo in super high-season!

The DELUXE, GLAMOUR VIEW and BEACH GARDEN Two-bedroom condos and the SUPERIOR and GARDEN DELIGHT Three-bedroom condos can be split into an independent studio condo and an independent 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom condo respectively, with connecting doors or rented separately. The studio units have a spacious area for bed, living, dining and modern kitchenette, a deluxe bathroom, and a balcony/terrace with a panoramic ocean view. These 1-bedroom units have a spacious living and dining room, full-sized fully quipped modern kitchen, and a balcony/terrace with a panoramic ocean view. Additionally in these 1-bedroom units there is a master bedroom with walk-in and built-in closet, a deluxe full bathroom; the Deluxe, Glamour View or Beach Garden units have a separate spa/Jacuzzi room, and another balcony/terrace with panoramic ocean view!
The Emerald One-bedroom condo just as the Top View One-bedroom condo are somewhat smaller 1-bedroom units but with equal amenities excluding the Jacuzzi. The Tropical Penthouse One-bedroom condo even has a private rooftop terrace with hot tub and 360 degrees majestic ocean and island skyline views!

We further have 2-bedroom condos with or without outdoor Jacuzzi; ground floor units, storey floor units or top floor penthouses; all with panoramic to majestic ocean views! The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, a business center, a kid's play center, a game hall, two gyms, men's and women's sauna, a squash court, a racquetball court and two tennis courts.

We have the MODERN COMFORT, SUPERIOR, GARDEN DELIGHT, PREMIUM, EMERALD, CASUAL ELEGANCE , BEACH GARDEN, ABSOLUTE LUXURY, OCEAN BREEZE, SUPREME VIEW, DIVINE LEISURE, DIAMOND GARDEN and the AMBER PENTHOUSE two-bedroom condos; these two-bedroom units have varying types of furniture and fixtures, decks, balconies, hot tubs, roof terrace, etc.... Some with extra luxurious furniture, all with a master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and deluxe full bathroom; a second bedroom with two attachable twin beds, two double beds or even two bunk-beds, and a second deluxe full bathroom; a living room with comfortable sofa sets or sofa-beds, a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat UP TO 8-seat dining table, cocktail table or bar-table, and all have a laundry/storage/facility corridor. These units (except the Diamond Garden with its private garden and deck) all have regular balconies stretching across the living room and the master bedroom with spectacular ocean views, or larger balcony terraces where you can sit around a patio table. LOCATION.
This condo complex is THE ONLY BEACHFRONT CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX OF ARUBA, located along the nicest beach of Aruba: the Eagle Beach. ALL OTHER BEACHFRONT RESORTS DIRECTLY ON THE EAGLE OR PALM BEACH ARE TIMESHARE OR HOTEL OPERATIONS. The Eagle Beach has been awarded as one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world! As you leave the town from Oranjestad towards the major hotels and resorts, pass the roundabout, take a left at the first traffic lights. Drive through and you will find the Oceania resort in less than 1 mile on your right hand. Beachfront, good access, close to town and to many exquisite restaurants of the island. Being on the nicest beach of Aruba, with regular bus service and taxis at your fingertips, a rental car is definitely not a requirement. However, if you wish to explore the more distant and remote areas of the island (which we think you should...), a rental car is then recommended.

As special free services, or some items for additional low or cost-price fees, we can arrange anything to make your stay in our condo the most comfortable and enjoyable one you ever experienced during a vacation. We can pick you up at the airport, provide a trustworthy babysitter, arrange a low-rate rental car, or even have a chef cook available for that special or romantic dinner in your condo. Just make your wishes clear to us, and we will do the utmost to comply.
Additional roll-away beds or inflatable beds can be provided at an extra low cost upon your request, for your extra occupant; we even have crib & high chair packages for families with babies or toddlers.

GROUPS.
For larger families or groups, we have several options, e.g.:
- The adjacent Deluxe One-bedroom condo (sleeps 4+2) and Deluxe Studio condo(sleeps 2+2) with connecting door are available to be rented together for a total sleeping capacity of 6+4;
- Several adjacent Two-bedroom condos (sleeps 6) and Studio condos (sleeps 2 to 4) with connecting doors are available to be rented together for a total sleeping capacity of 8 to 10;
- The adjacent Absolute Luxury Two-bedroom condo (sleeps 6) and Divine Leisure Two-bedroom condo (sleeps 6) are available to be rented together for a total sleeping capacity of 12;
- The adjacent Emerald Two-bedroom condo (sleeps 6) and Premium Two-bedroom condo (sleeps 4+2) are available to be rented together for a total sleeping capacity of 10 to 12!

We can accommodate even larger groups by using more of our above EXCEPTIONAL individual units, all at this same beachfront resort.
