These marvelous and spacious studio, one-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos are all part of a luxurious condo complex located BEACHFRONT on the white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba. We have numerous units available, at varying prices in three different seasons, starting from $175 per night for a studio condo in mid-season, to $705 per night for the superior three-bedroom condo in super high-season! The DELUXE 2-bedroom unit can be split into an independent studio condo and an independent 1-bedroom condo, with connecting doors or rented separately. The studio unit has a spacious area for bed, living, dining and modern kitchen, a deluxe bathroom, and a balcony/terrace with a panoramic ocean view. The 1-bedroom unit has a spacious living and dining room, great modern kitchen, and a balcony/terrace with a panoramic ocean view. Additionally in this 1-bedroom unit there is a master bedroom with walk-in closet, a deluxe full bathroom, a separate spa/Jacuzzi room, and another balcony/terrace with panoramic ocean view. The comfort one-bedroom is somehat smaller but with equal amenities excluding the Jacuzzi. We further have 2-bedroom condos with or without outdoor Jacuzzi, ground floor, storey or top floor penthouse, all with panoramic to mejestic ocean views! The facilities include a large swimming pool, a business center, a kid's play center, a gym, a sauna and a tennis court.
We have the PREMIUM, SPLENDID, COMFORT, DIAMOND GARDEN and the RUBY PENTHOUSE two-bedroom condos; these two-bedroom units have varying types of furniture and fixtures, decks, balconies, hot tubs, roof terrece, etc.... Some with extra luxurious furniture, all with a master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and deluxe full bathroom; a second bedroom with two attachable twin beds, two double beds or even two bunk-beds, and a second deluxe full bathroom; a living room with a comfortable sofa sets or sofa-beds, a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat dining bar-table, and a laundry/storage/facility corridor. These units (except the Diamond Garden with private garden and deck) all have regular balconies stretching across the living room and the master bedroom with a spectacular ocean views.

Nightly rental rates vary from US$175 for the studio unit in mid-season (sleeps 2+2), up to US$705 for the superior three-bedroom unit (sleeps 9!) in super high-season which are the X-mas and New Years weeks. LOCATION.
This condo complex is the only beachfront complex located on the road along the nicest beach of Aruba: the Eagle Beach. The Eagle Beach has been awarded as one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world! As you leave the town from Oranjestad towards the major hotels and resorts, pass the roundabout, take a left at the first traffic lights. Drive through and you will find the Oceania resort in less than 1 mile on your right hand. Beachfront, good access, close to town and to many exquisite restaurants of the island. Being on the nicest beach of Aruba, with regular bus service and taxis at your fingertips, a rental car is definitely not a requirement. However, if you wish to explore the more distant and remote areas of the island (which we think you should...), a rental car is then recommended.

For additional low and reasonable fees, we can arrange anything to make your stay in our condo the most comfortable and enjoyable one you ever experienced during a vacation. We can pick you up at the airport, provide a trustworthy babysitter, arrange a low-rate rental car, or even have a chef cook available for that special or romantic dinner in your condo. Just make your wishes clear to us, and we will do the utmost to comply.
Additional rollaway beds or inflatable bed can be provided at an extra low cost upon request; we even have crib & hogh chair packages for families with kids or toddlers. For larger families or groups, the adjacent one-bedroom (sleeps 4+2) and studio (sleeps 2+2) with connecting door is available to be rented together for a total sleep capacity of 6+4!. We do not recommend more than an 10-person occupancy when renting both studio and one-bedroom together.
