The land of Blue Bird is situated on the Brava side, the Atlantic coast, in a very fashionable residential area with private villas and apartment buildings for year around as well as part time living. The building is located directly in front of the ocean and the beach. You cross a local street and you are on the beach within just two minutes.

All of the apartments in Blue Bird has a spectacular uninterrupted ocean view. Nothing can simply be constructed in front to obstruct that view. The building is divided into eight different sections, U1-U8. All of the apartments in sections U1-U8 have ocean view from the entire apartment, which is unique. In Blue Bird there are a total of 32 apartments divided in four different floor levels which means there are eight apartments on each floor. Each one of the eight top floors have its private terrace with direct access from the apartment. The private terraces range between 140-200 m2 and each one has a jacuzzi, a private area to change and shower as well as a BBQ.

The apartments on the 1st - 3rd floor range between 131 - 207 m2 including balconys and terraces. The apartments on the 4th floor range between 219 - 312 m2 including the roof terrass. Each of the apartments in Blue Bird has a generous and spacious livingroom for social activities. The apartments have either two or three bedrooms with well equipped bathrooms as well as a separate room with bathroom which can either be used as an additional bedroom or an in-house office. The two bedroom apartmnts have an open bar kitchen adjacent to the livingroom. In the three bedroom apartments the kitchen is placed in a separate service department facing the pool side of the building. The kitchens are obviously equipped stove, oven, fan, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and fixed kitchen furniture. The kitchen countertops are made of polished granite. The floor level of Blue Bird and entrance level is about 1.100 m2 and holds a SPA with an interior swimmingpool and jacuzzi, social and party areas with kitchenette, concierge and an IT business center. From the lobby of Blue Bird there is direct access to the fashionable garden which holds a swimmingpool of 12 x 5 m as well as BBQ amenities and large spaces for relax and enjoyment around the clock.

With each apartment comes two parking spaces and a storage space in the garage.
