In total both bedrooms can sleep a maximum 7 people. There are two double beds, a bunk bed and a single bed. Each comes with its own linen, pillows and mosquito nets.

The kitchen is fully equipped to entertain dinners and barbecues at the property and both bedrooms lead out onto the veranda where dining tables and chairs can be found.

The beautiful sand garden includes lots of tropical plants, a palapa barbecue area, outdoor shower and leads out onto the one street separating the house from the beach. A short walk and one is at the ocean’s edge.

There is an option to build a second floor to the house and add a further bedroom which would have an ocean view.

All furniture and equipment is included in sale as well as the excellent property manager who would continue to care for the place and look after the rentals.

The rental income from the house is approx $5000 a year.

Caraiva is about 30kms south of Trancoso, a trendy bohemian town. The nearest international and domestic airport is Porto Seguro. Porto Seguro is a 1.5hr drive from Caraiva. From Europe and the US, easiest to fly into Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro and then get a connecting flight up to Porto Seguro (1hr).
