Great for long walks on a white sandy beach, swimming, reading and resting, fishing and boating in the ocean and lagoon (within walking distance away), rental equipment available closeby for snorkeling, diving, kayaking and glass bottom floating raft to the nearby coral reefs and small island. Friendly village scene with excellent restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.

Nearby exploration of mayan ruins, caves and waterfalls, Cockscomb Jaguar Reserve for a full jungle experience, boat tours to see the manatee’s and local wildlife, flora and fauna and close to Placencia Airport and SUV Car Rental for ease of mobility.

2nd Story Rental is for one to two persons- minimum stay 1 week:
$ 800. USD per week
$1,500. USD for two weeks
$2,800. USD for one month
To reserve: 50% deposit by cashiers certified check (once your check completely clears my bank- usually 10-20 days)and the balance (50%) upon arrival. Balance payable by cash, cashiers certified check or American Express Travelers Checks.
