Each of These two units rent as a single condo, or combine the two into a 4 bedroom suite a great location, swimming pool and direct beach access.

Step out of the lobby on to the beach of the Caribbean

Easy walking access to the clubs and entertainment, no need to travel by cab or bus or car in the evening.

. Enjoy the great morning and evening views of the Caribbean from your balcony overlooking the sea. Take a relaxing swim and sun by the pool and have a tasty snack or refreshing drink.

There are great views from the cathedral ceiling living room of PH3B with balcony off the ocean in both, or relax in the unique roof top deck, the only one in the building, in PH3A

Step out of the building and walk into the Hard Rock Cafe, shops of the Forum, and all of the fun night spots along the Point of Cancun's fun area. Restaurants and shops within minutes of your condo, with water sports and adventures waiting to be discovered.

With a bar area and cooking facilities, enjoy meals and snacks in your condo, while viewing the great vistas near the sea.
