The Playa Suites, Acapulco is looking for capital investors interested in partnering on a project to expand their hotel and casino operations.
The conceptual design for the new Playa Suites Hotel Project (Phase II) shall incorporate 150 new hotel rooms and a 45,000 Sq. Ft. Gaming Facility to house a minimum of 1000 slot machines within the new lobby area, entertainment areas, restaurants, gaming and hotel operations facilities and shop areas.
Playa Suites Representatives will contribute the following to this phase:
*6.2 acres approx. of land with a current market value of $4.5 MD. for the gaming facilities, hotel, entertainment areas, lobby, restaurants, parking and gaming operations offices and construction development and a 502-room existing hotel.
