Topical Island Getaway

The islands name is El Blanco and it is one of the outermost islands on the North side of lake Nicaragua. The ancient city of Granade can be viewed from the front Balcony. The island has fruit trees and the house is placed 10 feet above the lake. the house is constructed of stone and the power lines to the island are heavy duty and were imported from the US. The property has not been used for over two years and it has been maintained by a caretaker and local businessman who lives on a neighboring island. There are over 10 islands in the group with a large variety of construction. Many of the islands have tennis courts and pools. The lake is clean and it is an excellent area for swimming and recreation. The town is within 3 miles and there are resturants located at the ferry dock. The property has not been used because my job was in North Africa for the past 2 years and I am now retired living in Washington State. It is difficult at this time to travel.
