The house was built 2006-2007 but not fully finished. It has a large livingroom with ocean view, a large master bedroom with ocean view and cr, a smaller bedroom, a guest cr and large kitchen. On the kitchen outside is a dirty kitchen area where most cooking actually will be done.

There is also a veranda facing to the ocean with beutilfull view and sunsets.

The house has a high quality Euro roof and roughly 140sqm floor area.

There is a small workshop in a separate concrete building where you can have a generator and your tools. Ontop of this building we have a maid or guest room.

We also built a pier and a boat ramp in concrete to make boating easy and safe. There is place for parking of 3-4 boats if you should get boating guests.

Around the property is a concrete wall to make sure you have your privacy.

Left to do is finishing the house, paint it, install your hardware, furniture it and do the landscaping like you want it.

It's fully loaded with VHF, GPS, Fishfinder, Autopilot, Marine Stereo, 115hp Mercury with a backup 5hp Mercury on a hydralic jackplate and a 36 gal Tempo fuel tank.

Engines bought new from Solanda in Manila -05 and -06. Main engine have only around 200 hrs runtime (backup engine only a few hrs) and always maintained by Solanda / Mercury mechanics.

The boat was built 2005 in fiberglass/epoxy composite. Boat all in all value around USD 20k. All you need is your fishing tools and you are ready to go get the big ones :-)
