This three star 20 room hotel is located in one of the most picturesque of locations - a romantic nook in the upper part of the village. Forests and the mountain river Kamenice is right behind the hotel.

Our location on the crossroads of numerous tourist tracks provides our guests with an opportunity to pursue all kinds of activities.

All rooms are en suite with satellite television, telephone and a mini-bar.

The hotel complex is more than 1 ha in size, allowing guests space to wander and enjoy the stunning environment. Secure parking.

We offer accommodation in 20 rooms with a total capacity of 47 beds. There are three deluxe rooms available with a separate living room and bedroom, rustic furniture, a wonderful view of the surrounding forest, and the River Kamenice almost right underneath the windows. The deluxe rooms are bigger, offer river view and noticeably more comfortable furnishing, with a luxury corner bath in one of the rooms and a fireplace in another.

A stylish yet cosy restaurant that features a hearth and a live fish aquarium offer the very best of Czech and international cuisine.

With its capacity of 60 seats and another 50 in the non-smoking lounge, the restaurant is also ideal for organising social events and company training sessions or seminars.

Meanwhile, the outdoor hearth on the river bank, its pleasant seating area and the option of organising barbecues offers perfect conditions for enjoying a any kind of event in the open air.

Hotel guests can take advantage of our continual reception services, exchange office, hotel safe and even a small boutique full of traditional Czech items and souvenirs. We will be glad to lend you mountain bikes or skis during the winter. Top-grade pampering, rest and relaxation is provided by our masseur, cosmetician, and hairdresser. One of many local ski-tows suitable for beginners and more experienced alike is a mere 150 meters away.

Sauna-lovers can enjoy the Russian bania or Finnish sauna.

We also organise transportation to all sports fields in the surrounding area, as well as excursions to local and neighbouring historic landmarks, all at the request of our visitors.

Based on maximum potential occupancy, these rates could yield accommodation revenue of est. $507,

The average restaurant bill pp is $35. Assuming each person is going to eat at least once a day at the restaurant, the projected restaurant revenue is 16 920*35=592 200$.

At the moment the monthly cost of running the hotel is $12,500 (inc. staff, utilities and other associated expenses)

We also have a planning permission for a third building which would comprise a bowling alley, fitness, bar and accommodation for 85 people.
