The lodge and guest cabins are located on an island in the middle of a 1000 sq. mi. Lake. This crystal clear body of water, dotted with hundreds of islands, is home to the best big pike, and lake trout fishing in Canada. Our guests have averaged 500 fish over 20 lbs since 1999. Pike over 30 lbs and trout over 40 lbs are caught every season. We have about 70% repeat bookings each season. The lodge currently does about 100 to 120 guests each season, and is open for 8 weeks. This would make a great family business, with lots of profit potential. The open season is from Mid June to Mid August.

This is a true turnkey operation. We offer seven guest cabins, four staff cabins, Main Lodge, and all the out buildings. All outboards, boats, and misc. equipment to operate this top shelf fishing lodge. Lodge and facilities are powered by a 23,000 watt Yanmar Generator. Smaller Back up unit is included. In the last couple of seasons the guest cabins and lodge have been vinyl sided, and construction is almost complete for bathrooms in each cabin.
