Extremely large terrace with traditional Pelion stone and a vegetable garden, together with 2 orange trees, a walnut tree and lemon tree! There are aromatic herbs surrounding the house. The French windows leading from the kitchen (fully equipped with new fridge freezer, automatic washing machine ,microwave and oven), look out to a wonderful view - imagine sitting having breakfast, lunch or dinner, overlooking the stunning scenery of the Pelion. The sitting room has a wood burning stove,2 sofas to relax on and it is really perfect for all seasons - a very professional ski resort is only an hours drive away! There is a large bathroom with powerful shower and room to move! The bedrooms are fully equipped with pure cotton bedding - main bedroom has double wrought iron bed, cd player, and the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. The views from the bedrooms overlook the Bay of Volos and on Sunday you can hear the singing of the priests in the local churches, echoing up the valley - Perfect! This lovely house is available to rent on a weekly or monthly basis and would be ideal for a writer or artist, looking for inspiration, or avid walkers or climbers. The house is also for sale to the right person who adores and respects the real Greece. The area is steeped in history and mythology (It is the Land of the Centaurs), and extremely green and lush - a beautiful untouched area of Greece. The traditional village has 2 shops, 2 tavernas, a bakery and chemist and there is a regular bus service to all beaches and towns.
