The hotel itself has a very strong client base in Poland and Germany but with also guests from Scandinavia and UK as a result of developing air links to Gdansk International Airport. The hotel has some very major contacts with German companies. Work has begun on the former palace of Kaiser Wilhelm II which adjoins the hotel which would add another 15 luxury rooms. The palace has water , electric and a new boiler. The outside elevation is currently under reconstruction.
