The apartment is part of a big compound and is located on the second floor of an antique house (1800 circa). It has an independent entrance and a nice terrace (see pictures for view).
The apartment has been completely restored 2 years ago; the two bed-rooms have wooden floors, the ceilings have been brought to the original condition with timber-beams and ceiling bricks in terracotta at view. The roof has been redone by keeping the original antique roof-tiles and by adding a good thermal isolator under them. Under a bed-room pargetting a layer of corkboard has been layed to increase isolation.
The apartment has an independent heating system fueled by naural gas with heaters in each room. The hydraulic, electrical and methane gas plants are new and according to Italian laws. The windows have double window-panes.

L'appartamento è stato completamente restaurato 2 anni fa, i pavimenti delle 2 camere sono in legno, i soffitti sono stati riportati come all'origine con le travi e le tevelle di terracotta a vista.
Il tetto è stato rifatto e isolato termicamente. Sotto l'intonaco delle pareti di una camera è stato messo del sughero come isolante.
L'appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento autonomo con radiatori nuovi in ogni stanza. L'impianto idraulico e elettrico sono stati completamente rifatti a norma. E' stato fatto pure l'impianto nuovo a metano. Le finestre sono state restaurate e hanno tutte i vetri doppi.
C'è la possibilità di avere un garage di 18 m2 esclusivo a 100 m di distanza con portone nuovo con l'aggiunta di 15000 euro trattabili.
