Cottage Layout
The cottage was designed in the low-country architectural style and is in like-new condition as it has never been occupied as a home or second home. It is a vacation rental property enrolled in a lease plan.

Entering the cottage from the front and you will step up onto a spacious low-country style porch constructed of treated deck lumber, double wooden swings, two ceiling fans, rocking chairs, and side shuddered in the low-country style.

You'll notice the beautiful glass-paned french doors as you enter the cottage and find yourself in the spacious living room with beautiful plank-pine floors. The cottage is well-equipped for familes with two master suites each with room for two queen beds. Each master suite has its own glass paned private door which opens out onto the front porch. Each suite also has its own spacious master bath with tub/shower, toilet, and pedestal sink. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen with extra large pantry are to the rear of the cottage. A separate laundry room and large tub sink are on the opposite side as the kitchen. The glass paned back door opens onto a grilling deck with a great view of the woods and majestic oak trees.
