House is convenient for living or for vacation. It is located on the biggest Croatian Island KRK, which is connected with land with a large bridge. The Island is amazing by nature, as with tourist offer. Besides it has developed agriculture, wine growing and fishing. This is one of the most green islands in Croatia, that’s why they name it “The Golden Island”. Island has great Quarnero climate, which is very healthy. House is distanced 2 km of beach called Dunat, which is between Punat and Krk. Because of wonderful bay, there is sooner warm water and that’s why bathe season starts sooner and finish later. In this bay is located one of the biggest Marinas in Croatia, that is “Marina Punat”, where a lot of people around the world has their yachts, sailing boats… Island has own airport too (Airport Rijeka). Trip to some of other islands (Cres, Lošinj, Rab…) is possible with ferryboat or tourist ships.

Something about the house:
Property is enclosed with stone-concrete railing. Exterior surface is paved with stone, marble and concrete. At all property it is a lot of settled green surfaces with ornamental trees, that gives pleasant shade. Settled is terrace with summer kitchen too.
House has two separated entrances. One to the ground floor and one to the first floor. Every floor has bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen and living-room. Ground floor has big dining room. First floor has balcony-terrace with possibility to close. Warming in winter time is besides other methods possible with fireplace.
